Rapid Rehousing
|
The Rapid Rehousing program is a joint effort of The Road Home (formerly Interfaith Hospitality Network), YWCA, and The Salvation Army. It provides initial housing costs, a housing subsidy, and case management to 45 Dane County families with minor children. The program relies on strong partnerships with local landlords and helps participants locate, move into, and maintain stable, permanent housing. Case management also assists participants in achieving personal goals.
Participants must be referred by case managers. |
