House-ability
|
House-ability is a housing program sponsored jointly by The Road Home, YWCA, and The Salvation Army. It provides case management service and permanent housing subsidies for 23 homeless families with minor children who have a parent with a documented disability. This program lasts until the youngest minor child turns 18.
Participants must be referred by shelter case managers. |
