Saturday Night Soup Kitchen

The Salvation Army serves a community meal each week on Saturday 5-6 pm at 630 E. Washington Ave. Soup Kitchen is open to all in need of a meal. An average of 190-200 people are served each Saturday.
 

Volunteers Needed

The meal program depends on the help of volunteers from Dane County, including businesses, churches, families, organizations and neighbors. Churches and other groups are encouraged to sponsor the Saturday night meal by supplying the food and serving it to guests. Many youth groups volunteer to help as part of their community service commitment.
