Computer Lab
The Computer Lab is the "hot spot" of the Community Center. It is equipped with Internet access and word processing programs. People of all ages use the lab for homework, classes, and resume building, as well as just fun and games. Whenever the lab is open, a staff member or volunteer trained in computer operation will be on duty to assist users. There is no fee for computer use, but printouts cost 10 cents per page.
Thanks to donors, the lab is able to offer an incentive program in which a personal computer is awarded to each of the three high schoolers maintaining the highest grade-point average for the semester. The top student receives a laptop, and the others are given PCs.
Computer Lab Hours: Monday-Friday. 2-6 pm
